Where possible, collect data from users as they move forward in their conversations. That said, we have collected leads from some of these potential customers. However, this name and email data has been transferred to a Google Sheets sheet, which requires us to manually upload it to the Perfit database.

But I consider that there is a super possibility of automating these processes. Manychat offers integration via webhook, so, in my (lay) view, as the user makes their data available, it would automatically go to the Perfit platform, greatly accelerating our conversion possibilities.
