Automation for Cashback or Giftback:
Most of the automation could be inherited from the “Frequent Buyer Benefit with Coupon” automation.
In addition to the existing fields in the coupon setup, it would be necessary to also be able to define a% of the total amount of the purchase being made, since the principle of Cashback is to earn an X amount back on the purchase you are making now.
In addition, a filter would be necessary to not proceed with the automation if the customer has already made the purchase using another Cashback coupon (so as not to generate coupon after coupon).
Example:
Coupon rules to be generated after purchase: 15% of the purchase amount of Cashback, minimum purchase amount R$ 220.00, valid for 40 days.
The customer makes a purchase of R$ 250.00.
He receives a coupon according to the configured trigger period, in the amount of R$ 37.50, valid only for purchases over R$ 220.00, within 40 days from the date the coupon was created.
Even better, it would be if they could also define a minimum purchase amount based on the coupon that was generated.
For example, I can set the minimum amount of the next purchase at 5 times the coupon amount, OR, R$ 220.00. In this case, the amount of R$ 220.00 would be adopted because 5 x 37.50 = 187.50 (in this way, I can limit the maximum discount that the customer will have on the next order, with a maximum of 5 x 20% discount) - In this case, if she had a coupon of R$ 50.00, the minimum amount of the next purchase would be R$ 250.00, not 220.00.
A field to define the maximum amount of the coupon to be generated would also be very useful.
